Our breakthrough emerged when a worried client in 2023 needed arrangements delivered to align with an investor meeting moved up by three hours. Rather than dubbing it impossible, we pioneered what we now call "flex-timing"—flowers that look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
